BIRTHDAY PARTIES AT SPRING

Parties are held at Spring Gymnastics Sweetbriar, 7 Frensham Rd, Norwich NR3 2BT.

The gym is available for party hire on Sundays, please let us know if you would prefer another time and we will do our best to arrange these if possible.

Pre-school parties are available on Monday afternoons, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Friday mornings.

Gymnastics Party:

Parties are unstructured. We will have an obstacle course set up on the floor area for the children to play on, they can also play on the equipment in the gym, fast track, beams, bars, parallel bars, vault area, air track and lots of soft play and soft flooring areas.

British Gymnastics qualified coaches will supervise the children to make sure everyone is safe but we request that you have at least 1 adult for every 3 children in the gym. (1 for every 2 children if they are under 4)

After an hour of gymnastics fun in the gym, you will have 30 minutes to provide the party guests with food, cake and drinks. We offer catering for £7 per child, supplying a cold selection box including a savoury snack, crisps, sweet treat, fruit and a drink. At present we do not have the capacity to cater for allergies. We have a cafe area where tables can be set up and decorated. Please ensure you clear up within this 30 minute period.

Each child will receive a certificate and Spring branded rosette.

Sprouts Party:

Parties are unstructured. The full area of Sprouts is available, with a qualified instructor on hand to oversee any issues. Parents/carers will be fully responsible for the children that attend.

After an hour of fun in sprouts, you will have 30 minutes to provide the party guests with food, cake and drinks. We offer catering for £7 per child, supplying a cold selection box including a savoury snack, crisps, sweet treat, fruit and a drink. At present we do not have the capacity to cater for allergies. We have a cafe area where tables can be set up and decorated. Please ensure you clear up within this 30 minute period.

Each child will receive a certificate and Spring branded rosette.

Gymnastics AND Sprouts Party:

If you would like to hire out Sprouts and the Gym at the same time it will incur an additional cost of £5 per child.

£160 members up to 16 attendees (24 attendees, £200)

£180 non-members up to 16 attendees (24 attendees, £230)

We require a £50 deposit on booking with the remainder paid at least 2 weeks before the party.

Any party cancelled up to 14 days before the date of your party will receive a full refund.

Any party cancelled within 14 days of the date of your party will receive a 75% refund.

There are some fast food restaurants locally. Burger King on Sweet Briar Road is a 10 minute walk. There is a McDonalds in Asda on Drayton High Road, a 15 minute walk away. There is another McDonalds on Boundary Road, a 20 minute walk away.

Asda sell very reasonably priced party food options, which can be bought and consumed in our cafe area after the party.

You and your guests are welcome to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your allotted party time.

Attendees must please wear suitable sports clothing (no zips, buttons or buckles), long hair must be tied back and no jewellery may be worn. If a child is not dressed appropriately they may not be able to take part.

Attendees must not wear shoes or socks in the gym.

Parents or carers must not wear shoes in the gym.

Attendees must follow the instructions given by the coach.

Please can you clear up after the party. We have a hoover you can use and are happy to clear the rubbish. It is imperative that your party is finished and cleared up by the end of your allotted time.
