Open to all Spring squad gymnasts.
A day of fun conditioning, games and a tumbling workshop.
The morning from 9-11 will see the gymnasts rotate around the equipment learning some new and exciting conditioning sets, including flexibility on the floor, games follow then lunch. The afternoon will be based around a tumbling workshop to help gymnasts from all levels of our squads to improve and better understand tumbling skills.
The day will conform to all Spring and British Gymnastics Covid regulations, therefore numbers will be restricted.
At the end of the session, gymnasts will be given home conditioning sheets and ideas to take away.
