Come and have fun at our May Half Term Gym Camp! Open to ALL Spring Gymnastics members in recreation, intermediate or squad classes. Gymnasts will focus on balance and core stability, gymnastics skills and fun conditioning exercises to improve their gymnastics.
The day will run as follows for Recreation and Intermediate gymnasts:-
- 9am – 9.30am – Registration and Warm Up
- 9.30am – 12pm – Gymnastics
- 12pm – 1pm – British Gymnastics Award badge testing*/Free Play Fun Session
*Friday only, unless your gymnast is not attending on Friday and would like to be tested – please advise the coaches on the day. If your gymnast passes, a badge and certificate can be purchased for £4
Our squad groups will follow their own programme tailored to those attending.
