Frequently Asked Questions

At Spring Gymnastics we receive many emails and texts and although we would like to reply to each one personally, this is not always possible. We have compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions which we hope will answer some of your queries. If you have a question which we haven’t answered below, please see the contact information at the bottom of the page.

How do I join Spring Gymnastics?

If you/your child would like to join our waiting list to attend gymnastics sessions at either Long Stratton or Hewett, please fill in the form under HOW TO JOIN and we will be in touch as soon as we have a space available for you/your child to attend a free taster session. Link here:-

How long will I have to wait for a place at Spring Gymnastics?

We cannot say how long it will be before your child will be able to attend a free taster session, it depends on which sessions/days you have applied for or when gymnasts leave or move up a group which is unpredictable. Please put as many days/sessions as possible down to increase your chances of getting a place as soon as possible.

Do you run Holiday Fun Sessions?

We run fun sessions and workshops for children on our waiting lists in the holidays, these allow children the chance to have fun and see what gymnastics is all about. Details can be found on the NEWS page, link here:-

What classes do you run and how much do they cost?

The class days and times are listed on the website under each club page. Prices vary depending on which class you are in but start at £24 per month for recreation sessions, plus annual payments of £12 for Spring membership and £19 (Pre school is £13) for British gymnastics membership and insurance. We currently train for 46 weeks per year.
