SPRING BIRTHDAY PARTIES
SPRING birthday parties are perfect for your gymnastics obsessed children or even adults!
Open to members and non members from walking age to adults.
WHERE?
Parties are held at Spring Hewett, The Hewett Academy, Hall Road, Norwich, NR1 2PW
PARTY FORMAT
Parties are unstructured. We will have an obstacle course set up on the floor area for the children to play on, they can also play on the equipment in the gym, beams, bars, parallel bars, vault area, bouncy track and lots of soft play and soft flooring areas.
British Gymnastics qualified coaches will supervise the children to make sure everyone is safe but we request that you have at least 1 adult for every 3 children in the gym. (1 for every 2 children if they are under 4)
After an hour of gymnastics fun in the gym, you will have 30 minutes after to have a chat, cake, drinks and clear up.
Unfortunately there is no space to have full party food but its fine to have a cake and sing along. Listed below are some food suggestions nearby.
PRICE
£130 members up to 16 children. (24 children, £175)
£150 non-members up to 16 children. (24 children, £200)
Members can pay via Go Cardless, we require a £50 deposit on booking with the remainder paid at least 2 weeks before the party.
Any party cancelled up to 14 days before the date of your party will receive a full refund.
Any party cancelled within 14 days of the date of your party will receive a 75% refund.
GOODIES
Each child will receive a certificate and SPRING rosette
PARTY TIMES
The gym is available for party hire on Sunday afternoons, please let us know if you would prefer another time and we will do our best to arrange these if possible.
Pre-school parties are available on Monday afternoons, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Friday mornings.

FOOD OPTIONS LOCALLY
There are some fast food restaurants locally, McDonalds is within walking distance.
Asda have a very cheap cafe close by. The Hungry Horse pub also serves great food.
Harford Community Centre is down the road where you can hire a room.

RULES
You and your guests are welcome to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your allotted party time.
Children must please wear suitable sports clothing (no zips, buttons or buckles), long hair must be tied back and no jewellery may be worn. If a child is not dressed appropriately they may not be able to take part.
Children must not wear shoes or socks in the gym.
Adults must not wear shoes in the gym.
Children must follow the instructions given by the coach.
Please can you clear up after the party. We have a hoover you can use and are happy to clear the rubbish. It is imperative that your party is please finished and cleared up by the end of your allotted time.
